Selling it, as i don't really game anymore these days. Have had no hiccups with it, it runs super cool even on stock, e.g run BioShock infinite on max iirc and it doesn't go over 40c , never overclocked CPU either.

Good multiplayer RPGs?

I've been bitten with the RPG bug and are looking for some good multiplayer RPG's.

I bought NWN2 a while ago, but having to download 40+ separate patches kinda put me off, not to mention the beginning game was kind of ...slow.

The more 'hardcore' RPG I've played to date is probably Dragon Age. Which I realise is probably kids play, but something around this kind of gameplay would be sweet.

Any games with the DnD alignment scale is a bonus. But really I'm just looking for a good solid rpg that you can play with a few mates.

Personal Request Slow thread loading

Over the past couple of days I've noticed threads are taking quite a while to load on the NZF forums, has anyone else noticed this?

I've fired up the dev tools in Chrome and found that it's when trying to load some sort of analytics script from monitor.constructi.co.nz, which resolves in DNS but appears to be offline (it appears to be some server hosted with WorldxChange). I've included the page loading details below:

No this isn't a mentoring offer, don't really have enough time inbetween lifting and asking pegg to lift with me for that anymore. Map Pool: cp_granary, cp_badlands, cp_gravelpit, koth_pro_viaduct_rc3, cp_gullywash_final1

Map Selection Process

First in, first served. Team A in the below example is simply the first team to eliminate a map.

Team A eliminates one map from the list of five maps.

Team B then eliminates one map from the four remaining maps and picks one map as their map selection from the three remaining maps.

Team A can then pick one map as their map selection from the two remaining maps.

The final remaining map is the tie-breaker and is only used if scores are tied 1-1 after two (2) maps.

If there are still eliminations/selections to be done after 11pm NZST on Monday 22nd October then either team can do them.

Semi and Grand Finals Ruleset
Unless explicitly stated, all normal NZFL rules are in effect

Format:

Top 4 teams qualify for the Semi-Finals.

Both Semi-Finals and Grand Finals are to be played in a best of 3 maps format.

For 5CP maps the winner is first to 5, and in the event of a draw when the 30 minute timelimit has run out a golden cap scenario will be played out (map restarted, first cap out wins).

cp_gravelpit will be played ABBA(AB).

koth maps are played best of 7 with no timelimit.

Match:

POV demos must be recorded by all players. Update P-REC here.

Match must be played by: Thursday 16th May, 11:59PM

Hey all,

This is a suggestion thread for any improvement/changes you would like to see in NZFL.

Changes that are definitely happening for the next season are rule/whitelist updates to OZF standard.

We would like feedback on the potential removal of finals. This would move the series to a continuous league. To give a bit of history - the only reason finals were put in originally was to give us a easy way out if the league wasn't working well. We could just say "after this final it ends for good".

But the league has gone well so far - the finals are in fact one of the points of friction in the league rather than a standout feature. So are they still wanted?

Any other comments/suggestions?

lately i have been watching alot of competitive tf2 from the great GreaverTV and other sources and have wanted to play in a casual comp team. (6v6 or Highlander)

-Preferred class(es):Sniper, Demo man and Heavy
-Level of commitment: I play most weekdays and every weekend, in the week i am available from 7 till 9ish (im a bit of an early bird), i can also play any time till 9:30 in weekends
-Skill level: I can say im confident at sniper and can generally out sniper the other teams sniper, ive played alot of MGE as sniper so i know the ways. I can play demo pretty well, still practicing with the pipes and rollouts
-Previous Clans: none :(
-Expectation: i want to join a causal fun clan that doesnt care about loosing but still plays hard
-Internet: 12mbs download 6mbs upload highspeed wireless (i have a external antenna so i always get a 90%+ connection
Specs: i5 3470 @ 3.20 ghz
Nvidea GTX 650ti 1gb ddr5 (i run tf2 everything maxed at 200fps)

Now that the forum move is completed (with an amazing lack of disruption - thanks frio!) we can do the NZFL semi finals.

The two matches we have are:

nS vs. smofo

The old guard vs. one of the newest teams on the block.

smofo have done well, both in NZFL and in division 5 OWL. But how well will they do against the one and only Avril (he lifts) and his 5 anchors?

Predictions:

Tele on sniper. Sorry smofo, it's for the greater good.
