TC Unmetred?

Is the content server still unmetred? Have a few friends who are downloading and are sure they are on the TC server but are still using up bandwidth, and after clicking play as a game installs, the TC banner doesn't have the unmetred bit anymore

the content that they have is unmetered, doesn't mean they have ALL the content available, and if not then you get it from another provider which is metered.

Http content ( aka most of the new shit on steam ) is not unmetered.
